What You Bring: The Spark to Succeed

  • Experience: 5 years of sales/marketing in agriculture, with 2 years leading teams to victory. Proven sales wins are non-negotiable.
  • Skills That Shine:
    • Deep knowledge of agricultural products and markets.
    • Sales swagger and motivational mojo.
    • Laser-sharp attention to detail and organizational prowess.
    • Ready to travel up to 60% of the time.
    • Fluent in English (Spanish is a bonus).
    • Valid U.S. driver’s license for company vehicle use.
